Terms & Conditions, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges


Please contact us via the contact form if you would like a delivery outside of the UK.

All packages are posted through the Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt. Delivery times are an estimate only.

Orders will be despatched once payment has cleared.

Before placing an order you must ensure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions

We try to show the size of our products with various photographs and approximate measurement in the descriptions where necessary. If you need any help with this please don’t hesitate to get in touch via our contact form.

For any rings ordered please contact us first. We will need to discuss ring sizes and the best way of getting your finger sized. We could organise a finger sizer to be sent to you at an extra cost.

We accept orders from and deliver to addresses in the UK and the Channel Islands.

We reserve the right, at all times, to cancel or refuse an order that has been placed. Cancellations or refusal of orders may occur if we cannot process your payment or we have made an error on the site in relation to the product, its details and/or its price.

Once the parcel has been accepted and signed for, responsibility and liability for the parcel is transferred to you, the customer.


All our jewellery is handmade and takes time to make. Please allow 5 –7 working days to arrive. All items will be sent 1st class post and will need to be signed for. For heavy silver items which need hallmarking please allow 2 weeks. If you need something for a special occasion or quickly please contact us first.

Gold items are made to order

If you would like one of the items making in gold please contact me through the contact form for a price and delivery date.

Custom Designs

If you would like an item designing for you, or you have an idea of what you would like, maybe you have an old piece of jewellery that you would like updating please contact me through the contact form and I will get back to you to discuss this further. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given for custom orders.
Photographs of custom orders will be used for advertising purposes. No customer details will be used.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your item, the first thing to do is get in touch via the contact form on the website. We will then contact you to further discuss any issues you may have. Your items may be returned for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of you receiving the item. To receive a full refund or exchange, the item must be in the original box and in original saleable condition without any modifications when it is received by us, unless you are returning due to a fault. You must pay any difference between the cost of your returned item and any replacement item. Any refund due to you will be paid within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

There will be a delivery charge for exchanges unless this was due to a fault. No refunds of postage will be made for returns, unless agreed by us before the return is sent.

Exchanges or refunds will not be offered if the item is faulty due to damage from neglect or if the product is faulty due to excessive use or wear.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

Please ensure that the items are safely packaged in the original packaging and sealed when returning. After contacting us we will supply a delivery address, please make sure when copied this is clear and correct. The item must be sent via a signed for service through the Royal Mail with the correct insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. You must include your details and reason for return.

Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow 14 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please use the contact form as soon as possible. If your order has already been despatched you will be unable to cancel the item. You can however return the item to us (please see Returns & Exchanges for more information).
